All4Labels Global Packaging Group, an international manufacturer of labels and packaging products is continuing its global growth strategy by acquiring Italy-based Carlucci, a manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels and packaging for the pharmaceutical industry. The Group is thus continuing to pursue its strategy of expanding into attractive markets with well-known partners. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.

For more than 50 years Carlucci has been active in the pressure sensitive labels market, delivering high-quality products primarily to the pharmaceuticals and personal care segments.
